Investment Disclaimer

Effective date: July 5, 2026

The one-sentence version: LikeFolio publishes data-driven investment research for education — it is not personalized investment advice, we are not your adviser, and every investment decision you make is your own.

1. Research and Education Only

Everything published on LikeFolio.ai — LikeFolio Scores, Main Street and Wall Street readings, recommendations, model portfolios, signals, charts, screeners, AI chat responses, emails, notifications, and commentary (together, the "Content") — is provided for informational, research, and educational purposes only. The Content is impersonal research: it is prepared and distributed to our audience as a whole, without knowledge of any individual reader's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax circumstances, time horizon, or existing holdings. The same scores and recommendations are shown to every member; nothing is generated for you specifically, even where the interface lets you filter, search, or ask questions about particular stocks.

2. Not Personalized Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service is a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to pursue any investment strategy. A "Buy"- or "Sell"-style recommendation, a score, a signal, or a model-portfolio trade reflects our research view of a security in general — it is not a statement that the position or strategy is suitable for you, and it should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. This applies to every surface of the Service, including our AI chat: however conversational or specific a chat answer may sound, it is generated from the same impersonal research and data, and it is not tailored financial advice.

3. No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or other financial instrument, in any jurisdiction. The Content is not, and should not be read as, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice of any kind. The Service is operated from the United States and focuses on US-listed securities; if you access it from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws, and nothing on the Service is directed at any person in a place where publishing or accessing it would be unlawful.

4. Not a Registered Investment Adviser or Broker-Dealer

LikeFolio is a publisher of investment research. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and we are not registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any state securities regulator in any such capacity. We do not manage money, execute trades, custody assets, or receive commissions on any transaction you make. Because we are a publisher and not a financial intermediary, we have no ability to assess — and no responsibility for — the suitability of any investment for any individual reader.

5. No Fiduciary Duty

Your use of the Service, at any membership tier, does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and LikeFolio. We owe you the duties of an honest publisher — not the duties of a fiduciary managing your money. This is true at every price point: the Model Portfolios membership, LikeFolio Pro, and API subscriptions all license access to research and data, and none of them creates an advisory relationship or buys advice about your portfolio.

6. Past Performance Does Not Guarantee Future Results

Historical results shown anywhere on the Service — including our published track record of closed positions, model-portfolio profit-and-loss figures, win rates, average returns, and any statistics or marketing claims derived from them — describe the past. They do not predict, imply, or guarantee future performance. Markets change, consumer behavior shifts, data sources evolve, and approaches that worked in one period can lose money in the next. You should assume that some positions we publish will lose money, because some do: our track record includes losses as well as wins, and the conventions we follow when publishing performance are described in our Disclosures.

7. Model Portfolios Are Hypothetical, Not Managed Accounts

Our model portfolios are tracked research positions, not accounts holding customer money. No funds are invested in them on your behalf, and we do not execute trades. Published entries, exits, and profit-and-loss are calculated from the prices and dates we record when positions are published and closed. Hypothetical and tracked performance has inherent limitations:

Model portfolios exist to demonstrate our research in a disciplined, dated, auditable format — not to simulate what you personally would have earned.

8. Scores and Recommendations Are Data-Driven Opinions

LikeFolio Scores, Main Street and Wall Street readings, and recommendations are opinions generated from our methodology — a blend of consumer-demand data and market context, described in our Disclosures — combined with analyst judgment about what to publish and when. They are inputs for your own research, not certainties, price targets, or promises. Scores change as new data arrives, sometimes quickly and without notice, and reasonable analysts working from reasonable datasets can disagree.

9. Forward-Looking Statements

Some Content contains forward-looking statements — expectations about earnings, product demand, consumer trends, or price behavior. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain, rest on data and assumptions as of the date they are made, and can turn out to be wrong. We are under no obligation to update any statement, score, or position after it is published, and Content should always be read with its publication date in mind: a note written weeks ago may not reflect our current data or view.

10. Investing Involves Risk of Loss

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Among the risks you should weigh:

Never invest money you cannot afford to lose, and never rely on a single source of research — ours included — for an investment decision.

11. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Service, including chat, use large language models from third-party AI providers to generate responses. AI-generated answers can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong — even when they sound confident — and may occasionally misstate our own data. Treat chat output as a starting point for research: verify important figures against the underlying pages of the Service and against primary sources before relying on them.

12. Consult a Licensed Professional

Before making any investment decision, consider consulting a licensed financial adviser — and, where relevant, a tax professional or attorney — who can evaluate your individual circumstances. Only you, together with your professional advisers, can determine whether an investment is appropriate for your situation. Nothing we publish is a substitute for that individualized judgment.

13. No Guarantee of Availability or Continued Coverage

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, scores, model portfolios, or coverage of particular companies at any time. A stock's presence on the Service today does not mean it will be covered tomorrow, and the absence of an update about a company or position is not itself research guidance. Availability of the Service is not guaranteed: outages and delays — ours or our data providers' — can postpone score updates and publications, and time-sensitive Content may reach you after conditions have changed.

14. Testimonials

Testimonials or member comments that appear on the Service or in our marketing reflect the individual experience of the person quoted. They are not representative of all members, results vary widely, and no result is typical. We do not independently verify the trading results described in member comments, and no testimonial is a promise or guarantee of future performance or success. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no one is compensated for providing a testimonial.

15. Data Accuracy — Best Effort, No Warranty

We work hard to keep our data pipelines, scores, and published figures accurate and current, and we work to correct material errors promptly when we find them. Even so, the Content is provided on a best-effort, "as is" basis: data can contain errors, gaps, restatements, and delays; the third-party public web, social, and market sources we draw on can change or fail without notice; and processing involves classification steps that are occasionally wrong. If you spot something that looks incorrect — a price, a date, a score, a track-record figure — please tell us at [email protected] so we can investigate. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content and are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, and our Disclosures for data-source and panel limitations.
